Taking a caring and non-judgmental approach, she creates organized systems that fit the unique needs of her clients.

She is a graduate of Emmanuel College, a small liberal arts college steps away from Fenway Park in Boston.

Margo has worked in productivity and organizing for over a decade in a variety of situations. In 2006, Margo collaborated with other productivity experts to publish the book Exploring Productivity. In 2016, Wave Productivity's blog was awarded Top 100 Productivity Blogs on the internet.

She received her Specialist Certificate in Workplace Productivity through the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO). A Specialist Certificate gives organizing and productivity professionals the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in a particular area of study, and demonstrates their commitment to professional development. In 2006, she was asked to speak at the NAPO Conference. This session allowed participants to share engaging ideas and develop innovative solutions to industry challenges.

She is the Immediate Past President of the  AZ Chapter of NAPO. Margo held the role of President from 2015-2016, she also served as Vice President of the AZ Chapter of NAPO and Secretary of the New England Chapter of NAPO.

Through the Tempe Chamber of Commerce she has been nominated for Emerging Entreprenuer in 2015 and Women Business Owner of the Year in 2017. Currently, she chairs the Women In Business Council.

Partnering with the Community

Margo values building a better community. Throughout the year, she volunteers with local organizations. Each quarter, Margo works with a non-profit and their employees to help increase their productivity, organization, and focus. When she’s not organizing people, places, and things, she loves to travel and try new things. For the past three years, she has trekked to a far-away Nevada desert to attend a music and art festival.

Before moving to Arizona she was an avid surfer. She has traveled the world searching for the perfect waves and loves to catch them on her baby blue 7' 8" long board. When landlocked she enjoys painting, creating art and visiting museums.
