Five Awesome Apps to use with Evernote

Apps to use with Evernote

Evernote is one of the most powerful apps out there for list making. One of the things that makes it so powerful is that it syncs with other apps for an awesome user experience. Here are five cool apps to use with Evernote for even greater productivity and usability.

Taskclone-If you have tasks in Evernote this app automatically captures the tasks and moves it to todoist, Google calendar, basecamp, and trello. “It’s the bridge between storage in Evernote and action” in whatever app you use for task management. Tasks and events are instantly sent to your app from Evernote. The tasks you create are hyperlinked to Evernote for easy access.

cloudHQ-You’ve got notes and ideas in Evernote and documents in Dropbox or Box, maybe some in Google Drive and SugarSync. With this app, you can share your notes from Evernote into the cloud storage you use in real time. This makes it easy to share information and collaborate with others.

Scannable-This one is so easy, it’s almost too good to be true. Point your camera at the document, receipt or business card. Take a picture-you don’t need to change the color or mess with edges of the document like other scanning apps. The information you capture is queued in a tray and can be sent to Evernote with just a click. No more need for faxing, old school style, you can share directly from Evernote.

Do-Helps you run productive meetings. Create agendas, share information, track actions and follow up. Of course, everything is searchable. With one easy click, all of your notes and ideas get sent to a folder Evernote. It all links up for seamless integration from conference room chatter to Evernote clarity.

Quicktate-Again, this one is super easy. You call a number and dictate whatever information you need to capture. It’s almost like your talking to a friend. Only in this phone call whatever you said is transcribed from audio to text and sent to Evernote. From there you can easily search for the information.

From capturing actions and tasks to turning voice into text, there are a ton of apps out there that work in conjunction with Evernote. Evernote is a powerful tool as a stand-alone product. Using these apps in conjunction with Evernote can boost your productivity and make using Evernote even more powerful. What productivity apps do you love to use?
