Every year there is the clamor to get New Year’s resolutions in place. Then there are the people who say resolutions don’t work. Here’s what I know about resolutions.
|You can make a resolution to get more rest.||You can say that you want to exercise more.|
|You may decide that you need to organize your office and to be more productive at work.||Maybe work’s not your thing and you want to have more fun. Smile more and be happy.|
I do know that the day is long. Making changes to the way you work and live can be difficult.
Resolutions and goals are good but only if you slowly change your habits. You need to take action and small steps to make your resolutions, goals and dreams happen. Celebrate in your successes, however small. Then you begin to enjoy your day.
